We are pleased to offer colorful, imaginative and fun products through both our brands: The Piggy Story and Girl Nation.

Minimums

• $200 minimum opening order
• $100 minimum reorder
• All items must be ordered according to the minimum quantities specified on the price list.

Payment Terms

• Credit card payment on all opening orders.
• No COD order

Backorders

• Backorders will be shipped without notification if within 60 days of original order ship date unless a cancellation date is specified by the customer or unless otherwise cancelled within 7 days or receiving original order
• The Piggy Story reserves the right to cancel all backorders under $50.00

Returns/Claims

• A 25% restocking fee will be charged for returned/refused orders.
• Delivered goods must be counted upon receipt of merchandise so that any discrepancies can be addressed quickly.
• Please keep all original packing material, including outer shipping cartons.
• Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. No exceptions.
• No refunds are given to any unsold merchandise.
• If an items is damaged prior to receiving, it must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Store credit or replacements will be issued for damaged items.
• Any product returned without consent will be voided.

The Piggy Story reserves the right to make modifications and changes to product and pricing at any time without notice.
